STRUCTURE AND LEADERSHIP
Archbishop Primate
The current Primate of the Anglican Free Communion International is the Right Reverend Raúl Eugenio Toro Jr., who was elected by the Synod of Bishops in 2022.
Of Latino origin and based in the United States, Archbishop Toro has promoted a vision of reform, decentralization and inclusive expansion in the Communion.
His leadership is notable for his pastoral approach, his intercontinental work with churches in Latin America, North America, and Europe, and his determined defense of a truly Anglican, free, and open Church.
The Primate presides over the College of Bishops, represents the Communion internationally, and coordinates synods, pastoral visits, and doctrinal decisions of major significance.

The Episcopal College of the AFCI is the collegial body of all bishops in succession
apostolic validly consecrated within the Communion. Their role is one of consultation, governance
spiritual and theological, and meet regularly in a synodal manner.

Provinces and ecclesiastical jurisdictions
The AFCI is organized as a global communion of autonomous provinces. Each has a presiding bishop or archbishop, a local synod, and full pastoral, doctrinal, and administrative autonomy, within the framework of the Communion's principles.

USA
several regional provinces (Northeast, Southwest, Center-South, etc.)
with historic churches since the 1970s. Bishops such as Edwin Duane Follick and
Charles M. Moffat marked the initial expansion.

Latin America and the Caribbean
Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama

Perilla (Colombia), Monsignor Gerardo Bustamante (Argentina), and others.

United Kingdom:
Historic headquarters in London, where FPEC originated.
Iberian Peninsula:
Dioceses in Spain and Portugal.
Italy:
headquarters of the Inclusive Anglican Episcopal Church, one of the most
inclusive, celebrating equal marriages, ordaining women and welcoming
divorced people.
Germany and Scandinavia:
episcopal missions.
África
Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, Madagascar:
Growing provinces with active bishops like Bishop Haiver
Perilla (Colombia), Monsignor Gerardo Bustamante (Argentina), and others.
Asia
India:
Province with its own archbishop, oversees active communities with a strong emphasis
evangelistic
Pakistán y Myanmar:
active communities, although limited by social contexts
